Therefore, all profiles / advertisements that are in violation of our guidelines are subject to being removed immediately and without prior notice.

By posting a profile / advertisement on our site, you agree to the following statement:

I agree that I will be solely responsible for the content of any classified profile / advertisement that I post on this website. I will not hold the owner of this website responsible for any losses or damages to myself or to others that may result directly or indirectly from any profile / advertisement that I post here.

By posting a profile / advertisement on our site, you further agree to the following guidelines:

1. No foul or otherwise inappropriate language will be tolerated. Profiles / advertisements in violation of this rule are subject to being removed immediately and without warning. If it was a paid profile / advertisement, no refund will be issued. 2. No racist, hateful, or otherwise offensive comments will be tolerated. 3. No profile / advertisement promoting activities that are illegal under the current laws of this state or country. 4. Any profile / advertisement that appears to be merely a test posting, a joke, or otherwise insincere or non-serious is subject to removal. 5. We reserve the ultimate discretion as to which profiles / advertisements, if any, are in violation of these guidelines. 6. You (the client) shall own the copyright for the content provided within your listing/ profile page and we hereby assign all such copyright to yourself. 7. www.publicsectordirect.org service may be interrupted at any time, for any period of time for reasons. You agree that we are not liable to you for any loss whether foreseeable or not, arising as a result of interruption to the Services.

We aim to check and publish all profiles / advertisements submitted within one working day. 4. Your profile / advertisement copy (text and images) must comply with the British Code of Advertising Standards Authority. 5. We are not able to verify the truthfulness of any statements made by you in your profile / advertisement copy. Accordingly, you shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by us, which are caused by an untrue statement deliberately made or provided by you. 6. www.publicsectordirect.org local business classified listing service may be interrupted at any time, for any period of time for reasons. You agree that we are not liable to you for any loss whether foreseeable or not, arising as a result of interruption to the Services.


1. Once your profile / advertisement is accepted and published, you may amend your profile / advertisement at anytime by logging in to your control panel or calling your account manager and making the changes over the phone. No additional charges are raised for this service. 2. If requested we aim to make any alterations to profiles / advertisements within one working day of receipt of request for change. 3. If the goods or services you have for offer are no longer available, you should notify us immediately. Failure to do so may result in www.publicsectordirect.org rejecting future submissions.


Whilst www.publicsectordirect.org makes checks at a specific moment in time to ascertain whether an individual or business meets our guidelines we are unable to constantly check or monitor changes to an individual or business. It is your responsibility to check that specific information is correct. www.publicsectordirect.org will not be held accountable or liable for any decision or communication you make from our website to a specific individual or business. www.publicsectordirect.org is not responsible for or associated with any business or individual listed within our website, neither do we represent them, warrant their services or endorse their membership & or qualifications.

www.publicsectordirect.org invites you to buy services from us. All orders submitted by you either over the telephone or via our online booking system will be subject to these conditions.

By submitting an order you are confirming you have read and understood our terms and conditions. You are also confirming that you accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and have entered into a binding contract.

The agreement is deemed to begin on the date we communicate our acceptance of your order for the service or services that you have engaged via purchase. The service (listing start date) is also deemed to commence on the agreement start date. we will not be able to make alterations to the type of service/advertising you have purchased and you will have no rights of cancellation for all or any parts of the Services.


Our charges for any Services ordered by you will be the price for that Service when you submit your Order. All of our advertised prices are exclusive of VAT which will also be payable by you.

The charges for all of our Services are payable in advance by you. We clearly state which of our Services carry charges that are payable only once or on a renewal basis. If the product you have purchased is sold on a renewal basis you will be called prior to the renewal date to see if you wish to renew. We will not automatically renew your account or make further charges unless specifically instructed to do so.

The advertising payment will be taken on the day when you set up your account and confirmation will be emailed within 24 hours.

We are happy to accept payment for your subscription by credit card, debit card or direct bank transfer.

Privacy Policy We do not store credit card or any other payment details. We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties


The descriptions of our Services are on www.publicsectordirect.org and available from our Sales Team. Subject to our acceptance of your order, and your acceptance and compliance with these conditions, we will provide the services specified in your order using our reasonable skill and care at all times. We may use agents and/or sub-contractors to perform the services on our behalf.

We reserve the right to alter the design, facilities and functionality of any of our Services at any time without giving you prior notice. These changes will only be made in line with our endeavours to improve www.publicsectordirect.org and its services.

We may at any time change, replace or delete these conditions or include new terms.


Delivery Policy – We will endeavour to provide you with your finished profile page within 1 working day of your account setup, allowing for weekends. The same time scale will apply for any subsequent amendments.

You agree that you will be responsible to us for any losses, costs or claims that we incur if you supply material to us which breaches this obligation.

If you breach any of your obligations, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to terminate the contract immediately without warning and without limit you agree to indemnify us against any costs, claims or expenses that we incur as a result.

Our total liability to you for any reason is limited to the total amount of the charges that you have paid to us under this Contract.

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless for all liability, claims, damages and costs, including reasonable legal expenses, arising out of or in connection with a breach by you of your obligations, representations and warranties in these Conditions.


It is strictly forbidden for partners to use our partner database for the purpose of canvassing, soliciting purposes. Any approaches to our site partners with a view to appropriating their  business or custom via direct or targeted behaviour is deemed to be in breach of the contract conditions and partnership agreements. If you breach this clause we reserve the right, at our discretion, to terminate the contract immediately without warning and without limit you agree to indemnify us against any costs, claims or expenses that we incur as a result.


You may not assign or try to assign or otherwise deal with any of your rights and obligations under the contract without our prior written consent. We may assign or sub-contract all or any of our rights and obligations under the contract to any third party.


We may on occasion give indulgence to you in respect of your obligations under the contract; this is entirely at our discretion and shall not operate as a waiver of any of our rights.

Any part of these conditions that is unenforceable or illegal will be severed from these conditions and will not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions of these conditions.

We will not be liable to return any materials that you give us for the purpose of providing the services to you.

These conditions form the whole of the contract between us. They apply in place of any other terms or statements discussed between you and any of our representatives or sales people.
